Standard grocery store eggs are packed with inflammatory Omega-6 fats because hens are stuffed with commercial corn and soy.
Our hens eat a 100% certified organic, corn-free, soy-free layer feed, supplemented daily with live vermicompost worms raised on wild purslane and sweet clover. This creates a perfect, laboratory-proven balance of Omega-3 to Omega-6 fatty acids.
STRICT FOOTPRINT BIO-SECURITY.
Our small flock of 360 hens is housed in a mobile sleeping coop nested within a 100% hardware-cloth enclosed run. An 18-inch deep organic wood chip litter bed keeps environmental moisture locked away, completely eliminating the pathogens and pests common in industrial open-poultry systems.
HOW TO SECURE YOUR PICKUP:
Due to our intensive, small-batch process, our weekly production is strictly capped at 144 dozen.
  1. Place your single order or lock in a weekly subscription below.
  2. Order Cutoff: Wednesday at midnight.
  3. Pickup: This Saturday (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) at the farmers market.

 

GEORGIA REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
  • Grade and Size: Grade A – Large (Minimum 24 oz per dozen).
  • Quality Testing: All inventory is individually candled and graded under Georgia Egg Law Certification.
  • Safe Handling Instructions: To prevent illness from bacteria, keep eggs refrigerated at an ambient temperature not to exceed 45°F until consumed.
